I've had such a fun week just sewing for the kiddos but I did have to squeeze a little business in. I got an order for infinity scarves for a cheer squad that I finally got wrapped up and shipped out today. Not sure if I want to do a maroon and gold color theme for a while after whipping up 28 of these bad boys but thankful they were all exactly the same. You can't imagine how much extra work it would be do do individual designs.
I did a little "oops" after serging through one of the scarves. Bonus for my miniest me because I was able to whip her up her own infinity scarf. Now if only she would pose all sweet for a photo but that wouldn't be my little silly gal.
But I can't help myself so I whipped up another cardigan for my oldest mini me for spirit day. I can't stop sewing for her yet since she is still thinking it's cool. I think deep inside she likes having something that no one else has because if someone asks me to make it for them too, she gets a little upset. No model shot yet since I finished while she was sleeping so I did the token "tape to the wall" photo.
And before you ask...YES, this cardigan is from Peek-A-Boo Pattern Shop and I guess my third one made this week for the sew-along. I think I have a problem.
Though I spend my days doing applique and embroidery, I am trying to find the time to dabble in some of my other passions.
